This is why some are convinced that Obama (or someone controlling him) is the end time Antichrist spoken of in Revelation.

Israel, who may have initially supported Obama thinking they could get a return on their investment, now realizes that the chaos unleashed in the Middle East by Obama has the genuine potential to wipe them off the map.

There are two types of aid to Israel...military and economic.

Economic is being phased out or has stopped.

The military aid requires something like 85% of it to be spent buying US military equipment.

If they want to take a portion of that 85% and spend it on something else then they have to get congress to approve it.
