How long does it take to condition a populace mentally? Does it happen in a day? What happens when a populace is thrust into new territory w/o going through the proper steps? Look at South Korea as an example that went from backwards to cutting edge almost overnight. But they didn't properly go through all of the transitional stages necessary. Their growth happened too fast. And they are suffering as a result in many many ways. |
