Um race has nothing to do with it. We have a high # of illegal aliens in this state though that would make ideal Zero voters and THAT is why we need voter ID. Texas can't help it if the bulk of illegal criminal aliens come from central America. I can understand the zero administration being upset over voter ID though. This will cut into the votes for them. Criminal illegal aliens have pack mentality and are all about communism.
