I have not been to the doctors or dentist in 10 years, Is that bad ?
The last time I had a checkup of any kind was 10 years ago when I was in the military. I am now a 35 year old man.

I feel great and never get sick.
I am skinny, active, and strong.
I look 10 years younger then my real age.

I think the medical institution is just a scam too make money and get people addicted to prescription meds.

People never went to the doctors unless they had a problem years ago.


What is the harm if i never go to the doctors.

Me neither, who can afford it. Besides all the pharmaceutical crap will make you sick with all the side effects. I use lots of herbal stuff and teas and vitamins and minerals for issues that come up.

Nope you are okay as long as you take care of yourself. I actually went without going for 15 years and all I needed was a clean up from black tea stains on some of my bottom teeth.

I was like you, did not go to the dentist for a long time until I got a tooth ache and then the dentist told me that all my teeth needed work and it was really expansive.

I have not gone to the doctors in a very long time because its a whole lotta waiting around with gross sick people and like I just don't like the doctor. You go there and they tell you stuff that makes you sad and then it makes your problems worse.

I do have a dentist appointment tomorrow though. I hope I get there on time and I'm not hungover.

thanks for the replies.
It looks like i am not the only one on here that avoids the DR's office.

most of the people i tell this too in real life freak out and start reciting fear stories on how my teeth are going to fall out and i am going to drop dead from some cancer that i have had brewing for 8 years and if i just went for a check up, the dr's would of found it.

glad to see i am not the only one that is medication and Dr. free

i am not washing mines too for 20 years now im an advocate in luxembourg and i am very healthy for sure

do not go to a doctor because nature is the strongest medicine chemical shit will make you sick do not trust big pharma

should visit a dentist at least twice a year. docs are unnecessary unless needed

now, make an appointment with a dental hygienist, and prepare to be spitting lots of blood

I would go for dental clean up. You may have a lot of build up along the gum and it could start to recede.

That happened to me because I had a lot of build ups and I needed deep cleaning.

I avoid the doctor like the plague. I just feel like I'm suddenly deathly ill when I step into a doctor's office or hospital...so I don't. Plus, I've seen them do some pretty incompetent things with family members - like prescribe certain meds for my dad when he's diabetic that he should never have been prescribed...I don't trust them!
