Ok .. What is up? The stars are clear and the Moon is fuzzy...I am not kidding! I have noticed it the last 2 nights...It is in my SE sky in Wisconsin...clear the last 2 nights and stars and other lights clear...but the Moon (Which I can see in great detail with my Binocs) Has a fuzzy ring around it...anyone else seeing this?? stars
