Why Classified? What's the real payload? It was a KH-11 class spy satellite. A big high resolution optical camera they can move around to different orbits as needed. It can read the registration stickers in the corner of your license plate and tell whether its expired or not. It has a bunch of fuel so its very heavy. Its the newest and bestest ever.
