Test your subconscious.
This is going to come off as pretty vague to a lot of you, but some should get the idea. If you believe you are generally a pretty rational free thinker then I would advise you to perform some simple checks to see if your subconscious response to input is even remotely on the same page or if it is in fact subverting your intentions and opinions. Before giving suggestions on how to check I'll wait and see if someone mentions how they would do it. What you discover may be very surprising and eye opening for some as it was for myself. To my dismay I found that indeed my subconscious appeared to be completely on the wrong page in the way it chose to respond to thought processes that I considered very simple to handle logically and reasonably. So I decided to train it to either work together or simply back off attempting to influence the decision making aspects and instead focus on it's strengths like number processing etc..

Re: Test your subconscious.
My subconscious wanted me to leave the house once without turning on the house alarm or locking the doors. I couldn't physically move my body back into the house to lock it up. I tried rationalizing that somebody could break in within the 10 minutes I will be out because of the time of day and people watch in my neighborhood before they rob someone. I had my car started, my kids buckled up, I was in the drivers seat and could barely budge my body out. I finally did and when I returned I was locked out, my house key wasn't on my key ring. Even rationalizing didn't help, I was still wrong. I even used the garage door instead of the front door to leave and that's not something I ever do, extremely rare because I can't turn on the alarm from the garage. All my movements were leading me to leave the house unlocked and I ignored it.

It's just your body reacting before you make a decision. You have to really be in tune with what you are doing physically to be aware that something is pulling you the other way.

aha, yea I can relate, in the span of like minute I locked myself out of my car/apt and realized I lost my wallet, while also needing to take a piss real bad. The basic instincts interfered with my conscious thought processes and working memory by goin apeshit over needing to take a leak, but in the end totally worked against ourselves.

My husband calls it not pushing his luck. It just happened to him in the backyard, he's really in tune and listens to it. When things don't go your way, don't push forward, that's what he always says. He said it's like our backyard is alive with a soul, we let it go the past 2 years, it's like a jungle out there and he just trims everything every couple weeks. Today we saw a groundhog back there and I told him we better clear the brush because the next thing moving in will be monkeys in our trees. He made 2 attempts to do it, but things weren't going as planned so he put down the trimmer and just told me about it. I said haha, we were just talking about the subconscious being right.

you're on the right track, posing questions and attempting to gain blind/randomized responses to see how it compares to your rational sight based conscious response is a good direction to follow. then start to train your subconscious to stop fucking you over, talk to yourself..audibly.

Yea if you actually went through a rigorous training process then I can get on board with what you are saying, I'd say just be careful though, your mind is always processing even if you can achieve meditative type clarity, and you still might be subjected to subversive parsing and organizing of memory unbeknownst to you.

I'll make this as short as possible. I got shot in the desert, contracted chronic PTSD, and couldn't get my brain to shut up. It drove me crazy, and through a thought training process, I now sit in a clear headed state free of thought. It's tough, but worth it.

It is a permanent state of clarity, free of distress, and very serene. Borderline meditative, but aware and tuned into everything around you.

lol, the key is to find out what is in your backyard(subconscious) letting it know what your priorities, likes, dislikes are, and what is going to be the best plan to work together, ie. letting your conscious be the ultimate decision maker for complex or emotionally subtle and sometimes not so subtle situations. then you begin to feel a consolidation of layers which empowers you further and further in the right directions hopefully. if your conscious thought processes are illogical and wrongheaded then you will simply be digging your own early grave.

Glad to see all these interesting responses. I think we successfully clarified the intention to a wider audience.

I started with the basics, communication is the real key..subconscious processing uses a language that is based off symbols,geometry,acronyms..kinda like pseudo code, also energy, instinct, and feeling. Once I understood how different the language was to the definitions and grammar of the ones we created then I simply expressed to my subconscious that we were miscommunicating. I used number affinity a lot to see how my subconscious felt about certain things in comparison to how I felt at the conscious level.

How I used to trained myself to (on another topic of subconscious) to hear my own voice in my head and not another (aka spirit or soul or being) was to count in my head 1 to 10 and backward for weeks. I use music a lot, I am adept with the guitar. And synchronicity checks based on intentionality, if I focus on affinity for certain numbers but continually got non affinity based numbers popping up then I knew something was wrong etc.. I ended up being able to sense when others would hop on board attempting to ride or influence and set up rules and shields like mirroring attacks back at them and doubling up on the power of the return punishment type feedback.
