Any homebrewers?

I've been part of a group that made a fantastic blend of syrah, cab sav and pinot before. Not a beer brewer, but vino, sure.

Love home-brewed shit, it's fantastic.

Sometimes I mix Absinthe with whiskey to cut it down.

ordering a kit from northern tuesday..

chocolate nib porter.. after ferment..into the cornelius keg and kegerator..

mabie go all grain soon.

just finished a peach vanilla mead. a blueberry weed mead and a blackstrap molasses/sorghum lager.. love doin' brews with local honey and organics .. just got a countertop distiller and working my way into harder headier stuffs..

i wanted to brew, think i might ina few months when i hit 21.. I once was going to make wine out of welches grape juice, or some moonshine out of a pressure cooker..hmm

I would love to make some wine... I actually can't stand the taste of red wine (so buttery to me) but it would be a good experience... maybe I'd end up finding one I do like too.


Sexy, what was in the porter? I fucking love making porters. I've used the same grain bill and added oak chips & vanilla beans to one and hazlenut coffee to the other.

I fucked up my down under pale ale... I guess I should have waited until the AM for it.

the pumpkin wheat should turn out delicious though... I may regret letting this be my lady friends entry for the homebrew contest p
