If you had too much withheld the your refund will be larger, if you owe tax then you will owe less. So the federal government gets to keep and use your money as long as possible. I'm curious what will happen to Medicare, I became disabled sometime ago and lost my job, since then I have been paying for COBRA insurance coverage and had a small glimpse of hope that the new healthcare exchange might be an better option but since the costs & details have been released, that hope is gone. I will be eligible for Medicare soon which it appears I will have to choose due to the outlandish cost of health exchange, tax credit or not. The COBRA group plan I'm paying for right now offers me great healthcare and when compared to the exchange plans, even the gold level can't touch what I have now. I really see the newest October implementations of ACA being the downfall of the entire plan as it will finally hit the majority just how bad of a plan this is. Leave it to the federal government for proposing a plan to fix healthcare yet never addressing the existing problems and creating more problems. The are making healthcare worse, not better!! |

And still no one will have insurance. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1550123 I think the government wants to get rid of health insurance companies and eventually go to nationalized health care like the rest of the world. BINGO - that's what i keep telling everyone, if you couldn't afford insurance to begin with, how are you going to afford it now that it has gone up everywhere, so what if you get tax credit at the end of the year, if you are living paycheck to paycheck you can't afford each week anyways, man these democrats are so out of touch with the common man |
