Meditation in all ways has helped. I hope others get to see. I think that advanced souls have problems to be in human (animal) body and this garbage society. This is not the place for you, just a temporary training ground. I would agree. It gets hard to relate to the human species at times. It also gets difficult to deal with one's self because it has human tendancies. Can make you feel crazy sometimes. "Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could.
