13 YEAR OLD INVENTOR SMOKES CRACK PIPE LIT FROM A SOLAR COLLECTOR

Wilson Pitts of Williamsport, Pa was arrested yesterday afternoon by officer Dave Bunn of the Williamsport police dept was notified of "two men sitting on the street ,under a device that produced electric sparks.
Rushing to the scene, thinking that a powerline had fallen on someone, Officer Bunn was thunderstruck by what he saw.
"These two teenagers blasted on crack, holding this large glass pipe with a copper wire attacked to the end.
The wire was still intermittently sparking.
Wilson stood up and proudly told the cop, "Well ofisher, at least I am not contributing to global warming, this is a natural spark for my crack, no carbon or co4 being released now"
The crack head was stunned that the cop did not share his enthusiasm and was screaming and crying "You don't give a dam n about global warming , you penguin killer" as he was lead away to the squad car to be taken to jail.
