Don't know if I'm imagining it, but all I read about lately is westerners being murdered by natives in savage countries. Only yesterday an English woman and her mother were killed while on holiday in Turkey. Won't be long before western tourists won't be able to travel anywhere outside civilized countries.

When I was in Perth, I was attack by a mob of middle age women. It was brutal. A few cuts and bruises.

Sounds like it was due to jealousy over making money off the trekkers, by being a porter, the trail goes through several villages.
