How you can build a water engine
Water engines are very old tech
they have been discovered and rediscovered countless times by people in Romania
there are many peasants even who pour water instead of gas into their cars nowadays
Water is much cheaper and available than gasoline and the engine is based on a pure chemical reaction
Electrolysis:put 2 electrods into the water tank
one is positive charged the other is negative charged
the water will split into hydrogen and oxygen which will go by the electrolytes
you can then absorb the gases and turn them into liquid H2 and O2
then you can go on Mars and create water there
it may be deceiving but simple elements are easier to create than complex heavier elements
although readily available on Earth water is presious commodity in the universe
you need to combine hydrogen and oxygen and put a lot of electricity in it to make it water
of course you will need huge quantities of water to make a new nice planet
class Gaia 4 like this one :)))
or Bio 4 Alcorian standard imperial
max pop 40 billions
but I get ahead of myself
when you are splitting heavy elements like water you gain energy
when you are making them you lose energy
the universe invests intelligence to make complex things

Re: How you can build a water engine
Maybe some Romanian peasant would be kind enough to draw up some plans.
