[ link to www.newssum.com] The development and implementation of foreign policy is an art that few American administrations have managed with an aplomb that commands respect. It has happened – FDR, JFK, Reagan, to name a few – but it’s rare. In some cases, the handling of U.S. foreign policy is dangerously amateurish, as evidenced by the abysmal handling by the Obama regime of everything related to foreign policy issues from Mexican drug cartel gun-running to Benghazi to the situation in the Syrian civil war. Add North Korea to that list. [ link to www.newssum.com] |

Good point. I've been thinking the same thing. There are atrocities going on in many countries which are ignored. Isn't it the truth that Syria's closer to home and trouble there can disrupt oil and stuff that really matter to the West? The 'outrage' over the people killed is phony. |

They're socialists like him so they get a pass. Also, it's common for leftists not to care when governments slaughter their own citizens. Further, you have to keep the players in mind. Obama didn't care about the slaughter of the Syrians by Assad until his terrorist buddies had skin in the game. In general, when trying to understand Obama, you have to keep three things in mind about him. He's: 1) An anti-white racist, 2) A Muslim, and 3) A Marxist. Any combination of one or more of these things will fully explain anything he does. |
