No matter how you feel about running from the cops, What gives the officers the right to do what ever they want as if the are judge, jury, and executioner? How did the officer do anything wrong?

A person was evading arrest. The officer pursued him, the idiot fell, and the officer attempted to stop.

I'm sure the guy had NOTHING else to hide, he just didn't want a seat belt violation ticket...

Title is a little misleading. He didn't kill the man for a seat belt violation.

The man is dead because he has a warrant,, ran from police, and can't stay on his feet.

As soon as the cop decided to pursue the suspect (who was on foot) with his car, he also decided to use deadly force. Or are cop cars not deadly? FUCK THE POLICE.

They guy had a major rap sheet and a well-known felon. Police attempted to pull him over for a seatbelt violation when he pulled off trying to get away from the officer at which time a pursuit and other officers were called in.

His parents have hired the lawyer that was representing the Trayvon Martin case. ummm, how nice!

The officer that ran him over has been fired for violating company policy in pursuits.
