Poster in GTA 5 is "All Seeing Eye"

I can't remember his name but it starts with a "T", it's NOT Trevor. It's the "nerdy" guy that limps and is in wheelchair. His place has a green poster in it with the pyramid and "All Seeing Eye" in the center of it and the words, "THE MAN IS WATCHING". Just thought I'd share what I saw. I don't know if this has been posted or not.
