Why is it a homeless person always finding money?
Who puts even a single dollar bill in a backpack?
Do homeless people have back accounts, paypal, or indiegogo?

Quoting: ACG 44602547 cant answer the last question but if you are homeless i would say youre more likely to spot and find lost property. youve got no where to go, and you hang around public places alot, so it figures? drug money? a bribe? dont know who the money belongs to?
