Repubs McConnel and Cornyn fight to fully fund Obamacare

Does this not raise a huge red flag to everyone else? To me, this feels like they know that this will cause MAJOR problems possibly collapse which can be blamed on the Dems. Neither party gives a shit about us or they would throw this out. This is strictly posturing for future campaigns.
