Quoting: ella I guess teh Romanians should have given a shit before they let their animals go wild and breed like rats infesting a city... Exactly right. The government would not have a problem if the citizens didn't create it in the first place. It is heartbreaking to know they will be killed but if there is a stray problem there is a dangerous situation especially for young children.
