Shithole Romania adopted mass stray dogs euthanasy

I have a big soft loyal Rottweiler, he is one of the family and is treated as such.

So what happens to the strays while they are building such shelters? are they left on the street to breed even more?

Isn't the stray dog problem mostly in Bucharest? Or is it an issue in other cities/regions as well?

Nope, have my hands full here in the USA. Just throwing a bit of encouragement to those in Romania who may care.

Humane Society International have given plenty of solutions to Romanian stray dog issue.

I guess here, in Romania, it's simpler to just kill the dogs.

I am beyond sorry OP. Some of us care. Some of us don't go hunting and some of us don't eat dead animals. People are waking up but far too slowly. Meanwhile we will feel sick to our stomachs. All life has the exact same value.

It was on the news here as well - they showed people who were attacked by stray dogs, and they were happy that this new regulation came, but even one of these people highly criticized it. But on the other hand they also showed people who were actually feeding and somewhat taking care of these dogs in their neighborhoods and experienced no problems with them - of course they were highly upset about this thing.

Really a complicated matter, on which it's almost impossible to just toss aside any feelings. I hope it's not too late to work out a solution that is good for everyone.

Don't stop show the pictures on tv ,show them ,move people ,take control of the situation for the gub. Between everybody can open a shelter ak for gub funds. You can't stop now ..or they win.

I don't know how people can hurt animals. they are so special beings.

I swear i would kill the people who disrespect the animals with maltreatment and torture with all my pleasure.

I would love to be part of direct action groups to sabotagem these situations (in africa, the poachers, in canada, the sealers, the scientists doing experiments on animals, the chineses with the bears in cages because of bilis, i mean... I would like to see all of that kind of people DEAD!

mankind has become so inhuman that I love animals more than people (except my closest family). Ok, you can criticize me, i don't cara, because i know animals don't kill for power or fun, animals don't destroy Earth with pollution and radiations, animals don't torture themselves.
The people are the real animals in the world (in the bad sense of the word).

op..sometimes to save money it maybe that cheap substances are used to kill the dogs..and the dogs and cats die slowly an agonizing death

I volunteered to have this stopped when I heard about it in a certain area..and together with others we managed to make a difference

Just by spreading the voice..calling authorities..distributing leaflets exposing the problem..we were quite successful

What he threatens to kill are not people. Any person that kills an animal, except in self defense, or if he is hungry and there is nothing else to eat, is not a human being.


I would kill with little remorse, a person who kills a dog, or a cat, or a horse, or a seal, or w/e animal that does not represent a threat.
