Recollector, please tell me you're not a so called "animal lover" who puts the lives of animals before that of HUMAN children who are being mauled by those stray dogs on the streets of our country !?
You are the only compatriot on this forum who can articulate and properly formulate an English sentence and your views of international politics also deserve merit SO PLEASE tell me you're not one of the people who truly believe that in our corrupt shithole of a country there is any other solution other than killing those dogs on the streets !
Every civilized country on the planet takes the dogs from the streets, puts them in a pound for 3-7 days and the it's curtains ! It's a SAD but necessary thing if we want to ensure our safety and our children's safety !

As for that 4 year old kid, you know that there are BIG questions as what dogs killed him : stray dogs or combat dogs.
The simple fact there no other kids died in Romania because of stray dogs, in 23 years, after the revolutions, when stray dogs multiplied exponentially, and kids in the cities are in permanent contact with stray dogs, make me firmly believe that neither this kid was killed by stray dogs.
One month ago, a 6 year old kid in a village 10 miles from my home, was killed by dogs. In that case, like in the case of 4 year old kid, the cops quickly blamed the stray dogs.
The 6 year old one was found to be killed by the dogs who belonged to someone in the village.
Every civilized country worked for 10,15,20 years to get to the point where there are barely stray dogs on the streets. They did NOT killed the dogs en masse. They took care of them, sterilized them, they had laws for easy adoptions, etc.
I do want the dogs taken out of the streets. EVERYONE wants that. However, I know, and you know, how they are treated in shelters.
I do not want the dogs taken out of the streets only to be massacred.
This is the difference.
