The virtue of courage is a prerequisite for the practice of all other virtues, because otherwise one is virtuous only when virtue has no cost. There are times when something needs to be done, and yet we know that if we step up and do this needful thing, we will pay a heavy personal price. -C.S. Lewis |

When the fuck are they going to listen to what their people want, rather than what political affiliation they are being funded by. Vote em all out I say. |

One of the most important aspects of conspiracy theories is being able to discern when there isn't one. Oh yeah, like you'd understand anyway. Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?. . .J. Handy |
Resister User ID: 36421936 United States 09/27/2013 03:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | No, they were always going to vote against stripping it out but they refused to listen on the cloture vote. They knew full well that they didn't have the votes to prevent the democrats from stipping it out on the final vote, so allowing them to do it by voting yes on cloture was a direct detrayal. Alexander has been pulling this kind of double dealing for a long time. Corker appears to be following his lead. Last Edited by Resister on 09/27/2013 03:34 PM "God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, & always, well informed... If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. " - Thomas Jefferson in 1787 |

Time for breaking the mix up. I hope the next voting cycle will be the repeal movement, undoing and revoking all the unconstitutional damage that has been done. Energy Department - redundant Agriculture Dept. - redundant A flag flown upside down is a symbol of a country in distress. As a result of the many traitors and enemies inside our own government and the many unconstitutional acts, legislation and atrocities passed and/or committed against our lives, liberty and property, as well as a reckless foreign policy meant to enrich and empower an already wealthy group of 'elites' while wreaking havoc around the globe and committing atrocities against large numbers of innocent peoples in the name of 'spreading democracy', the United States is no longer a free country and the lives of its citizens as well as the lives of our brothers and sisters around the globe, are in dire danger and distress. |

I really do not think the USAF and USAR are redundant, I sure as shit would not want the USAR as part of the Marines!. |
