I agree with you, AC. You want proof. Put the cat in the box and leave it for a good long time. When you open it to find a maggoty corpse you will know that the cat wasnt both alove and dead the whole time, lol. It will have clearly died in the past, and science can measure the time of death and find out that it happened not when the cat was observed. Quantum physics wants me to believe that the "universe" not only is aware that we are opening the box, but will also decide to pick a random time in the past to pretend the cat died in order to show us decay.
