The majority of Executive Observers Day (Tues, 1 Oct. 2013, 12:15 – 4:00 p.m.) will be conducted in a field environment (Fort Leslie J. McNair, Davidson Army Air Field & former Youth Correctional Center in Lorton, Va.) and participants are encouraged to dress comfortably (Army - ACU; Civilian - outdoor rugged/casual).

Its purpose is to allow “Invited Guests” to gain a better understanding of JFHQ-NCR ability to conduct Defense Support of Civil Authorities through a multi-echelon, full scale interoperability exercise with JFHQ-NCR and Interagency personnel.

ok im not really one for all this oct 1 bullshit, but i found these two comments on a youtube video, take them for what they are
