PARACHUTERS LAND NEAR GOLDMAN SACHS IN NEW YORK AT 3AM

Very similar incident and timing just happened near here. This happens all the time;

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - It wasn't a bird and it wasn't a plane—instead, what some folks in downtown Lexington saw falling from the sky late Sunday night were two men used parachutes to base jumping off a high-rise building!

Around 3 a.m. Sunday night, Lexington police arrested two men just moments after police say they base jumped off a building in downtown Lexington.

“Sunday night I was finishing up working downtown with my food truck and I look up in the air and I see two guys jumping off the top of the First National Building. They were basically base jumping into Centre Point,” said Jason Cullen, who witnessed the entire incident.

The fifteen story drop over West Main Street apparently didn't intimidate 31-year-old Joshua McCluskey or 32-year-old David Kaiser, but what was waiting for the base jumpers once they got to the ground may have been the truest intimidating factor of their late-night jump.

“I thought they were going to get away with it but the police were on top of it because I guess they got a tip. Police were doing their job,” Cullen told us.

Yes, this story is true. While the media is heavily downplaying this one as a stunt, the authorities believe otherwise.

Really? I haven't seen in any of these articles that say the authorities believe it was something other then a stunt. Got a link?
