There REALLY IS something strange in western sky around sunset...!!!

It's the planet Venus. First "star" out and by far the brightest object in the west right after sunset. If you download Stellarium it will show you exactly what the night sky looks likes from your location. I've viewed it through my telescope and it's in a waning gibbous phase.

Hey FOR REALZ I am being serious! First post even! Numerous people on here have seen it. CLEARLY there is a tail, disc, or "wings" coming off it. Also why Ican NOT believe it is saturn(forgot to mention) is because the round part is at the bottom, NOT the center like it would be if it were saturn...

Seen many posts and vids about a second son, etc. and figured how could it be possible? As in anyone could see it, everyone would be freaking.

Now I and others have indeed seen something abnormal beyond comprehension. Please tomorrow check it out YOU WILL NOT BE Disappointed!! There are other posts about this, just now realizing it.

One is "has this video been verified or debunked?" By isis one(?) Its a fairly crummy video but that seems to be what we are seeing. Here in wisconsin the orientation is much more vertical tho, don't know where that vid is from but it does look a lot like that and is just after sunset.

It does look somewhat like a plane with con/chemtrail but it is not. Doesn't move, just stays there. Seen a plane later, looks quite different! This is unmistakable whatever it is.

seriously it was the size of a moon, full in a crescent . Not a bright star but a large object i could see without glasses, and, see the 'V' shaped notch on the left horn. I have witnesses.

Where in Revelations does it speak of Planet X? Are you referring the flaming mountain thrown into the sea verse? Just curious.

some dude says it's Venus. What I saw was the size of a large moon. If it was Venus how do u explain the crescent shape . other than an eclipse. if so there has to be data on it.

I wouldnt even consider myself an amateur astronomer, but i am usually able to spot venus when its in the sky and that object just didnt look like venus, perhaps it is because its in its waning gibbous phase? Good to know though, and thanks for the advice, I will definitely look into downloading stellarium.

Ok..so Im in Coastal NC and just got back from the river where I have a very clear view of the western sky. I took the appropriate Solarium screen shot for my location/date/time. This "object" was clearly visible at dusk for about an hour. Its HUGE and there was no corresponding planet that should have been there. Asking friends to borrow a high quality camera to film it. This is...wow...just WOW

It is bloody Venus!

Venus then. venus can be seen as a crescent just like the moon.
