Near the end is when he gives aprox. direction and claims once again it's not on the sky app but this time offers no proof as he had done on previous videos. Woah That'll teach me to ask for 2 cents worth of opinion... That video is clearly atmospheric turbulence. I get that all the time when I view the sky. You will not get that twinkle action through a telescope, at least not as much.
