I finally saw it today!!!

I was in the backyard and just above the treeline the "strange" object was in the sky.

I've seen this thread a thousand times and never gave another thought, but tonight I saw it!! I told my son to look at it and he kept saying it was an airplane. Then after 15 min and staying in the same spot... we agreed it was no airplane.

I used to live in Florida and it reminded me of when space shuttles would go off. You could see a bright hazy object with a bit of a contrail. This is what it looked like, only it didn't move! Strange indeed!!
