The extra energy in Global warming is it's own catalyst for new forests and more algae growth.

We need a tax for cutting [/b; not for burning. Burning is good if they have fallen naturally.

Cutting tax. Not cap and trade, cutting and removal.

I like $1 for every pound of algae removed, and $100 a tree that is cut, and $10 tax credit for every tree that is planted.

That is a solution you could stake an entire political career on.

Ozone is O3, not O2

lol O2 is an unstable molecule You have to have lots of Oxygen to create ozone, so you drive that reaction to the right be flooding it with the starting material O when the layers of the atmosphere become super saturated, then oxygen is forced upwards and O3 is a biproduct.

It's naturally occuring just put it that way, just add oxygen.
