- Christ always taught in parables, and much of early Genesis in a parable. God indeed used evolution to create the species of the earth, the Genesis account is simply a spiritual poetic parable. The Bible is a holy book, but it has human mistakes, God intended those to be in it so we would not worship the bible and trust in it alone rather than seek God for truth

- Most of the details of Noah's Flood are metaphorical. The flood was simply the "Black Sea" overflowing at the melting of the ice caps when the Mediterranean merged with it. The "Ark" represents God's presence, like the "Ark of the covenant" The three levels of the Ark, represent the three levels of the Temple, 1 Holy of Holies, 2 Holy Place, 3 Outer court

- Jonah and the fish is a parable, but there may be literal truth to the story, but Jonah was not alive for three days inside the whale, he died and was taken to "Sheol" for three days like people who have a near-death experience. It says in Jonah "out of the belly of Sheol I cried" "the gates of death closed over me"

So the Bible is holy yes, but not always literal, there are many parables especially early Genesis, and we need to accept this rather than go FULL RETARD and believe bullshit like "Young Earth Creation" etc
