Yes. I think it could work. It did work at one time. If the rules and regs of the gov. were removed. It would be quite nice I believe.
Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world.

I think it could be replaced by donation or exchange. What do you think about the solution I wrote in the link?

What about a community with few rules and no money? I don't think we're ready for anarchy...

Re: Is money necessary in our society?
Yes but also getting rid of assigning value to things
Why is a plumber assigned more value than a hairdresser?
And who tells us that one is more valuable than another?

Very true. Farmers should get paid assloads more than bankers. Paper money and people "managing" everyone's assets? I can totally live without that. Food? Fucking #1 priority.
Trying to bring GLP together. I'm still collecting flags from posters all over the world. Thread: Official "Flags from around the world" thread. Hoping to get posts from all countries that frequent GLP.

Some form of medium of exchange is necessary. Anything backed by precious metal/s will NEVER work because some greedy bastards simply control the metal and thereby turn everyone into a slave. Hitler had his own Monetary System that worked great. That's why he had to be taken out.

"We were not foolish enough to try to make a currency coverage of gold of which we had none, but for every mark that was issued we required the equivalent of a mark's worth of work done or goods produced. . . .we laugh at the time our national financiers held the view that the value of a currency is regulated by the gold and securities lying in the vaults of a state bank." -Adolf Hitler, 1937

"And it proved sound. It worked. In less than ten years Germany became easily the most powerful state in Europe. It worked so magically and magnificently that it sounded the death knell of the entire ___________ money system. World ________ knew that they had to destroy Hitler's system, by whatever means might prove necessary, or their own [system of usury] would necessarily die. And if it died, with it must die their dream and their hope of making themselves masters of the world. The primary issue over which World War II was fought was to determine which money system was to survive. At bottom it was not a war between Germany and the so-called allies. Primarily it was war to the death between Germany and the International Money Power." --William Gayley Simpson

Thank you. Interesting post. I red something similar about Gheddafi.

Anyway I think a medium of exchange is not needed in a community. I do or produce something for others and the community guarantee me the main needs. It just need a good planning for everybody. I explained it in [link to novagericoenglish.weebly.com]

But maybe a medium could be necessary between different cities/communities...

Re: Is money necessary in our society?
Currency is just markers for real assets. Take away money and people will hoard other things. It's probably fine that they use money. The defense against financial tyranny is to not ever trade your morals or ethics for money. The flaw is that it works best when others also don't trade. The problem with that is the capital has gotten so good at buying the workers without even triggering their conscience.

If you tried to solve the problem now with a global credits dB with central admin and biometric security then everyone would call you the Antichrist.

What we can use maybe is an opt in barter database. Also people would need to be able to choose whether to pay taxes with assets or labor. If not then the government can dictate the tender and enforce with jail time.
The President is an employee. His boss is the tax payer.

Money or credits are the same. I think that modern society push people to individualism because there two main problems: fear and money. A society that gives everybody the main needs and that doesn't use money could eliminate these main problems.
A person who doesn't need a profit and has his primary needs, will have less motivations to act badly. So I think a society with these basic rules would be better than present one.

Don't you agree?
