Newtown Patch editor says Sedensky is not investigating Sandy Hook
From Newtown Patch:

Hi Max, you're a bit off base here. Steve Sedensky is the State's Attorney. He isn't investigating this incident. He isn't writing a report. The Connecticut State Police is investigating this incident. Steve's involvement starts when the state police report is complete. He will decide if there is any need for criminal charges. His work hasn't started yet.

I find this very confusing. According to the Washington Post, Sedensky is leading the investigation:

"The prosecutor leading the investigation of the massacre, Danbury State’s Attorney Stephen Sedensky III, said the commission’s decision will be appealed in Connecticut’s courts."

The Courant says Sedensky is in charge of the investigation:

"Danbury State's Attorney Stephen Sedensky, who's in charge of the investigation, said in January that the report wouldn't be released until June at the earliest, so the new forecast continues a pattern in which information on the case has been delayed in its release or withheld outright."

You really think there are that many if any at all?

Once the first call goes out usually most people see the police cars and know that authorities are on it. So the calls should effectively end.

I really do not see how there could be hundreds

The 911 dispatcher said there were "lots" of calls - Sally Cox's is the only one I care about

The 911 dispatcher got an award for taking something like over 120 calls per hour.

The FOIA committee member asks " are there more 911 calls?"

And your right Sally Cox's call is important.

Re: Newtown Patch editor says Sedensky is not investigating Sandy Hook
There are roughly 100 teachers on the roster of Sandy Hook School. Unknown how many of them were on duty that day and had cellphones; but, as we know, a bunch of parents were hanging around the school as well, plus some of those teachers and parents say they immediately texted their spouses or family in order to have those outside people call 911. So I think it's possible there would have been hundreds of calls--they probably weren't all 911 calls, but calls nonetheless. I think the hundreds Nute and Will handled include all calls--911, concerned relatives, regional, state and federal police, media, etc.

Then why would the FOIA committee ask " are these all the calls?"

It's only the 911 calls being requested by AP; also, I'm sure some of the 911 calls are being hidden by Sedensky. I think the FOIC asked "are these all the calls" because, indeed, they expected many more calls to be under discussion.

If the State's Attorney team spent half as much time investigating as they have in trying to hide information and RELEVANT data, then this thing would be wrapped up by now. How could anyone possibly be ridiculed for thinking that nowhere near enough information has been presented to the public?

C'mon, what are you guys hiding? Who are you protecting? Is it worth it for you?

I thought.

Since there seems to be so much mystery and many questions about the report and release of 911 calls,

It does make you wonder about the parents in this event. All of them have gone onto to some sort of advocate for gun control, or school playgrounds or something. Not one parent seems a bit concerned about the report either.

In fact some of the parents are going around the country discussing how schools should have better security but do not question what happened at their school.

Why are the victims of this event so " okay " with the explanation of what happened?

Wow. Really??
