Station 56003 - Indian Ocean 2 - 630km NNE of Dampier is back in EVENT Mode, [ link to www.ndbc.noaa.gov] I have watched the buoys for awhile and have never observed this type of erratic behavior, In checking the event histories there aren't any patterns like this recorded in the Event History, Latest recording for this buoy Start: 2013 10 09 20 32 00 2 5661.216 Present 2013 10 09 22 23 00 2 5660.376 This buoy is still in EVENT Mode and recording fluctuations, dates it has been in event are October 1, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10
