At this point I think the " evacuation " should have started. So they should have had time to find the nurse. Evacuation timing is key. Are there any 911 calls that even MENTION an evacuation? If officers are on the scene, they would probably want to advise other responders that, I dont know, 600 FREAKING KIDS ARE COMING OUT OF THE SCHOOL. And when was the first helicopter there?
