Dead serious, here's the video: [ link to www.c-spanvideo.org] Look at the bottom center of the clip at the 00:11 mark. You see the stenographer and a gray haired man talking. He nods to her, and she walks up to the podium. Keep your eye on the gray haired man. He turns around a little later. It's JOE FUCKING BIDEN. Not Joe Biden. At .27 mark you see him in profile and it is not Biden.
