Why wouldn't they be able to subpoena who DID work on the website The current "insiders?"
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 46285418 Would they admit their IT infrastructure is a disaster? An outside consultant could testify so. The contractors that they DID use weren't subpoenaed. And if they were, I don't see why they wouldn't testify truthfully. So why would additional outside help (beyond the contractors they used) be any additional risk? Maybe because the contractors would find the ACORN/People's Republic of China backdoor to steal your identity?
