Well, do you know anything about the Arkansas River that runs through Wichita. They have a boat race during the annual city festival and sometimes they have to nix it due to extreme fecal matter particulate in the River. They have been dumping in there for years. Now, the cities water is gotten from Cheney Lake, so I suppose someone could do something to it, but it's not very likely to be honest.

Wichita is so podunk there isn't much there of any threat to anyone really. The airforce base doesn't even have the B1's anymore and the aircraft industry is suffering so badly. It's sad what has happened.

I wouldn't worry too much. Doesn't seem very plausable.
