Look, I am not a crazy person. I have visions and I've posted about San Francisco in the past. Check my prior posts. The oarfish are there for a reason.

Look for an EQ off the coast of Oregon and/or Vancouver next. If that's the case and it's a large one, GO>

The oarfish is a Japanese legend. Google it. Oarfish washing up around the time of both the Chilean and Haitian EQs and THEN washing up around the time of the 2011 Japanese EQ are interesting.

Now they have seen two in one week of the Cal coastline.

two oarfish have washed up on the west coast along with a sabertooth whale, thousands of miles out of it normal waters... mother earth might toss and turn a lot in the next few days.

The oarfish are washing up in Southern California, as far away as DC is from New Hampshire almost. We would barely notice a southern quake in northern california, if noticed at all.

The giant oarfish is a rare deep sea fish said to be found in depths of over 1000 meters in the Atlantic Ocean. While sightings of the fish are few and far between, Japanese legend tells that when the fish does appear at the surface, it is a sign that an earthquake is imminent.

In the early morning of December 21, one such giant oarfish was found washed up on the shore of Makinohara city in Shizuoka prefecture, causing a commotion among the locals that another big earthquake may soon strike Japan.

After it was found, the 4.5 meter giant oarfish was hauled into a truck by 6 men and carried off to Izu Mito Sea Paradise, where it was measured, dissected and analyzed. It is said that the fish was washed up because of the tide.

In recent weeks, 10 specimens have been found either washed ashore or in fishing nets off Ishikawa Prefecture, half-a-dozen have been caught in nets off Toyama Prefecture and others have been reported in Kyoto, Shimane and Nagasaki prefectures, all on the northern coast.

According to traditional Japanese lore, the fish rise to the surface and beach themselves to warn of an impending earthquake - and there are scientific theories that bottom-dwelling fish may very well be susceptible to movements in seismic fault lines and act in uncharacteristic ways in advance of an earthquake - but experts here are placing more faith in their constant high-tech monitoring of the tectonic plates beneath the surface.
