I just used my karma for a full upgrade for a month a nd I'm unable to use any of the features..please help.

I wanted to thank so.some in pm a d apologise to someone e too,

The apology was why I wanted the upgrade.

Please please please help.

I've tried refreshing a few times and it hasn't worked.
