This is some wild speculation, however, i'll entertain you. Why would this lady rush the mike and utter non-sense on the floor instead of something relevant to her cause?

If it was the MK lady, then why would she be allowed on the floor?

What purpose does all this serve if you are correct?

When I first heard the stenographer's voice I recognized it as Cathy O'Brien's voice. It has the same tone and everything. Also in the video footage which is rather blurry it looked like Cathy O'Brien and not the woman they're claiming it is.

Well, it IS odd to say the least. Not sure if I can make the same connection as you though, thanks for the research. Interesting. Might be another piece of the puzzle we connect later down the line.

Possibilities:
(1) the outburst was set up for the purpose of distracting the people and the media and US's creditors from the fact that an unlimited debt ceiling had just been passed.
Or (2) to plant the seeds of doubt about the US Constitution and that maybe it should be reworked and replaced.

wow thanks for sharing this, I had no idea about the two people by her and their behavior. thats so strange..and yeah I can hear similarities in her and Cathy's voice as well but I dont think they look a like.
