They ended up taking her to the regional hospital by ambulance, and giving her potassium through her IV. By the time I came home and packed her a bag, and fed all the pets, then headed for town, when I got there, her rate was a stable low 80's! She could have had a darn heart attack if we hadn't gone in!!! Scary deal. She is still in the hospital, getting more tests done today, and they are working on getting her blood pressure down, as it is still very high! And of course, it is snowing and 10 below aero here! It was 53 when I was taking her to town yesterday, then we hit the cold front while driving and the temp dropped to 23. It was 7 above when I got home last night!
Quoting: bigD111 Curious.... I see that you are from Montana and they have been having those EQs of late... especially today. Do you think that there may be a correlation with how your wife is feeling? When I was taking care of my father... and taking his vitals daily, his blood pressure would always spike when things like Solar Flares would happen. I would take him to the hospital and shortly after his BP returned to his normal levels... T2 Quoting: Truth02 Thank you for sharing this T2 Quoting: Simple27 You are welcome! I find that these things can be linked.... and I do have a Feeling that something is up... And those overlapping red dots on the Global Incident Map in Montana and California have a rather eerie look.. Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Re: Earthquake Thread ~ Always Updated*5.4 Japan*5.1 Papua New Guinea ~ Pg 20353 I agree, San Fran (and north of there) is where I mainly have my eye on as well. Alaska just had another 5.1 today, so that should have some impact on CA eventually. although, I have continued to feel that CA never properly responded to the 7.0 Alaska quake. Which is one of the main reasons why I keep watching CA. Quoting: KickinIt Yea too much going on with our side of the RoF for Cali to get away without having at least a M4.5-M5.0 before this month is over--odds are it'll be offshore Nor Cal, but that area can only save the mainland for so long. So eventually when we're expecting that typical offshore quake--we'll get a M6.0+ mainland or spread out M3/M4s. Quoting: WaistBandWiener Lol well offshore wins again Indiana sucks....Don't move here. |
