I'm just gonna throw this out there, in case one day in the future, this is relevant. I sure hope not.

Over the past several years patient portals have become the new thing. Around here anyway. Patients (us) can get access to a good chunk of our current medical history with our current provider if they provide this great service.

Many of mine have. And Mini's primary physician does too. I've been kind of (stalking) watching her blood tests over the last year or so because of all of the blood-related issues I've had over the recent years.

I've taken note of her slightly elevated hemoglobin and hematocrit during that time frame. And they seem to be slowing increasing. As well as her red blood cells and sometimes white blood cells. These are all the EXACT same blood tests/levels that I have had problems with, and have brought me down to my knees, literally.

So I'm kinda freaking, but not saying anything to anyone. Yet.

Because of my work schedule, I don't get the opportunity to be at all of her appointments and haven't yet said anything to her primary doc about my blood issues, which I'm sure are relevant to my daughter (duh - lol). But I did say something when I brought her to the girl doctor a couple of weeks ago. It was her first girl doctor appt.

I also don't want to worry her. But last night she worked, and after work she was saying how her body was so sore. I know that when my hemoglobin and hematocrit are high, my body is super sore. And her hemoglobin and hematocrit are both high right now. Yet her doctor hasn't said anything about it.

The poor thing also has lots of skin problems that come and go.

Ugh. This stuff upsets me so much. I don't want her to have to go through any of this nightmare.

I guess I'm asking for prayers. grouphug

Healing Eczema, Allergies, Asthma & Autoimmune Disease

IN THIS VIDEO: Watch Leslie share how she healed from eczema, atopic dermatitis, autoimmune disease, food allergies, seasonal allergies, asthma, and more. Thank you Leslie for sharing your inspiring healing story!

Eczema and psoriasis are commonly believed to be genetic and/or autoimmune disorders, or simply an allergic reaction. But these skin conditions, along with others like rosacea, vitiligo and more, are none of these. Eczema and psoriasis are not genetic, nor are the autoimmune conditions where the body is attacking itself.

Eczema and psoriasis are really a sign of a liver under a great deal of duress, specifically from a virus, such as the Epstein-Barr virus and the heavy metals copper and/or mercury. When a virus in the liver feeds on this copper and/or mercury, internally produced dermatoxins are eliminated by the virus. These dermatoxins back up into the lymphatic system when the liver is sluggish and overwhelmed and head to the skin. As the dermatoxins surface through the skin, over a hundred different varieties of eczema and psoriasis can result.

Fortunately, there are answers here for you and you can heal your eczema and psoriasis. You can experience smooth, pain-free, and itch-free skin once again.

Thanks Simple, interesting. I should've known celery juice is the answer! lol I don't have an ongoing problem with it, but on occasion I do get small patches of eczema in certain spots. It's been a while, but I've had other random (non serious) issues pop up in the last year or so that has led me to believe there are some intermittent inflammation issues. Which I have recently learned goes along with my age and the changes that occur as I get older. I would love to try the celery juice daily, as I do believe all that I've read and learned from you, but frankly I don't see me spending that time to do it daily. It's a lot of effort. If I didn't work and had all the time in the world I'd be all over it! I have even tried to find a local juicer who might sell it, because unless the cost is exorbitant, I'd be willing to pay. Unfortunately I have not found anyplace yet who sells straight celery juice.

Oh no, I sure hope she doesn't end up with the same problem. I'm glad your monitoring it. I would definitely try to get with her PCP, even via phone, just to share your history since it could be relevant and helpful as to how they approach things going forward. It will also encourage them to pay extra attention to the blood work and any changes. I definitely wouldn't worry Mini with it right now though - no need to spend energy there until you know there's something to worry about.

Not sure what her job entails, but if she's moving around a lot or on her feet the whole time, perhaps that's why she's sore? Even routine things can affect us differently some days. Not sure why that is, but I've definitely experienced that myself. I say just keep an eye on things and communicate with her main doctor about your conditions and go from there. You're a great mom, I know you will remain on top of it.

Cool image!

Turbulent Tropical Skies

On September 4, 2019, a loose chain of tropical cyclones lined up across the Western Hemisphere. Hurricane Juliette in the East Pacific and Hurricane Dorian in the Atlantic were both category 2 storms. Tropical Storm Fernand packed sustained winds of 45 miles (75 kilometers) per hour and had just recently made landfall over northeastern Mexico. Gabrielle strengthened into a tropical storm on September 4 over the eastern Atlantic, and had sustained winds of 50 miles (85 kilometers) around the time of this image.
