part of that came out wrong when I’m trying to say is I don’t think this is what they’re trying to do what you said a lot of these kids have leases on their apartments

If any of them went away when they come back they will be surprised because the universities will be on lockdown they won’t be able to go and get any of their books or anything left in the colleges

No kidding,,,,it is no wonder women become battle axes having to clean up after and nurture a bunch of slobs, while working a full-time job. And feminist movement only gave them freedom to leave their homes and serve some other demanding boss out there, while navigating an ever-increasing monetary inflation, as governments rode the wave of taxing their wages, falling more and more behind. And pay OTHER WOMEN to see to their child care and housecleaning if they could afford it. Where is the gain? It is a comedy of errors. I have watched the entire development of this over many decades, and women become more and more unhappy. The government looks out there and sees that a man has an entirely tax-free asset, a wife and mother in the home, whose value could be capitalized upon and TAXED if only she could be coaxed to leave her home and convert her value to taxable wage / salary.
Governments couldn't believe their luck with this convoluted message to women that they were being made slaves in their own homes, and that there would be FREEDOM to them to go and be a slave to someone else. AS WELL AS KEEPING UP WITH THE NURTURING IN THEIR HOMES, SO DOUBLE-DUTY. wtf
Because it is in our DNA to want to nurture and keep a home, as God gave Adam a help-mate and made us this way.
Obviously, single or widowed women have always been in the workforce to support themselves.
Don't flame me for being a relic of past happier home-life times; it's just what I have seen.

I've been watching this thing since it became too noticeable to hide in China, back in January. We started slowly stocking up on extra things back then for this. Little by little. Each week it seemed like we thought of new things that we hadn't yet gotten. There's really so much to think of when trying to think so far ahead, for 3 people, and a dog. Hell, even for one person.

I feel secure as far as not having to hit the stores for the next several months. And am very grateful that we didn't have to do so over the past couple of days. It's a mess out there.

That being said, I would never intentionally buy ridiculous amounts of things to resell overpriced. Or even resell at all lol. Just enough to get us by for a few months, during the biggest shit show we will see in our lifetimes. :\

I got extra water from the water delivery co. And moved up the shipping date on chewy pet food order that’s good for nine weeks. I have emergency stores collected reasonably over past couple years including a two pack of those masks.

I think they will announce another round of last minute stocking up. Orderly, last name starts with letter on certain days. Limits to certain types of groceries and here’s the goodie, government will pay for it. Stores just made probably 10x what they usually make in a week so that’ll have to tide them over. Government will subsidize the rest.

An anon posted how the TP thing was brilliant. While rushing out for that most people also calmly stocked up groceries. Instead of manically buying groceries!

I also think next they’ll suspend income tax. Employers will be told to continue funding payroll and they’ll be subsidized for 30 day shut-down.
