I came across this but am not familiar w/this guy. Twitter account states he is a vedic astrologer. After quickly browsing a few of his predictions, he appears to have some accuracy. Regardless, I found this prediction from JUNE 9th interesting. Today's quake would be the 2nd in the 7 range since his prediction (the first was the 7.4 in Kermadec Islands)
