Oh good, I'm glad your turkey roulade came out well.

The turkey I bought was a whole smoked boneless breast. We heated it whole, covered in foil, on very low heat (175F) for an hour (we took it out of the fridge about 45 min. prior and brought it to room temp first). You want to keep the breast whole and heat it slow and low so it doesn't dry out. I think the internal temp you want to bring it to when reheating is 140. It's the best turkey I ever had. I plan to use some of the meat to make soup tomorrow, and will still have some left for sandwiches. Might have to freeze some of it.

Elderberry antiviral drink.

I started learning more about herbs a few months before the "Virus" hit.

I have a strong immune boost recipe if anyone is interested.

1 C dried elderberries organic or wildcrafted.
1 T ceylon cinnamon organic
2 T cloves
Fresh ginger slices 1/4 C aprox.

purified water.

Large stainless steel pot

Fill pot 3/4 full of water. Add all ingredients, bring to boil. Let simmer low for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
Careful to not burn, stirring and adding more water as needed. Put lid on and let cool some. Use fine strainer, lined with cheesecloth, strain into mason type jars. Sometimes I put sugar in it or not. I don't want the sugar but some do.

I drink a bit every morning until gone. I also give it away to others.

It can boost immune system if you drink and can last a while.

Still waiting on mini's results

We're having another fire and small family gathering again tonight. Nef has been smoking a brisket since about 4:00am! Just took it off the smoker a few minutes ago. I've been doing my best to flip the house from Fall decor to Christmas decor.

We're so tired lol. But family is so worth it. :)

Thanks for the info. Might want to try turkey croquettes with those leftovers.
