Omg, it's the best! MCT oil is amazing fuel for the brain. How we make it: Folgers coffee 1 tbsp heavy cream 1 tbsp butter (we use Irish butter) 1-2 tbsp MCT oil Blend and done (we use one of those small hand blenders).
