I wanted a better view. When I got there I walked down onto the sand looking out towards the ocean. Out, way out, was what looked like maybe a ship/boat, but it was WAY too bright considering how far out it was. Quoting: Simple27 Stupid iPhone pics do no justice. In person it looked like two bright lights next to one another. In my pics the two lights blur into one because I had to zoom so much, again with an iPhone. I've lived here all my life and have gone to the beach at night many, many times. I have NEVER seen anything like this. It was on the water, not in the sky. Or so it appeared. Weird! People saw colored light like ufo over Pa. the other night and police also recorded it so something is going on (daily it seems, yeah) I'll take plasma discharge events for the win Alex. They seem like long duration ones as well. Something new and unique maybe happening to plasma.air/water molecules. The photons could be changing the chemistry of these common elements leading to new "material". It feels like a "fifth element" or sixth to me, which would go with your feel of fire S.!
