Sounds good to me, Simple!!!! :)

I definitely don't have a good woman's lovin', though...don't feel that lucky...but I'll take what I can get, anyway. I'd probably need to be whacked over the head if it happened. I am a little dense in that regard. Ok I'm rambling... :P

Haha. Oh, well...at least I've made it to 35, though! Well...not until 8:20 or so tonight.

It is good being a Libra, though... :)

Cool video, BTW.

Lol, I'm missing that part too, but we're still lucky peeps!

Happy birthday to you!!!!

 Quoting: Simple27

I agree!!! We most definitely are :)

Thank you very much for the birthday wishes, Simple!!! :)

hugs

By the way, really? You're drop dead gorgeous. I would think you'd be turning down a ton of men at every turn.

Oh, well...their loss!!!
 Quoting: CuriousSeeker

Lol, aww thank you. *blushing*

I’m picky…as far as the type of person I would want to be with, not physical appearance. I mean, I have some standards with looks lol, but it’s a lot easier to find a good looking person than it is to find a good-hearted person. A good-hearted person is much more important to me. Not too many around here, but I’m also not out trying to find someone. I’m busy. Haha! tounge

ALERT: Passenger at Newark airport taken to hospital for Ebola evaluation

A passenger on a flight from Liberia via Brussels arrived at Newark Airport Tuesday afternoon and is being evaluated at University Hospital for possible symptoms and exposure to Ebola, federal health officials confirmed.

“During the enhanced screening process for individuals arriving to the United States from Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea, an individual was identified as reporting symptoms or having a potential exposure to Ebola,’’ a spokeswoman for the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Tuesday night.

The passenger was held briefly in the customs area at Terminal C and was immediately separated from other travelers on the flight, which arrived at 12:55 p.m. The man, a Liberian national, was singled out for screening by agents because of his recent travel to Liberia and was found to have a fever, sources told NBC 4 New York.

Yup, it's a complete waste of my time if it doesn't seem like it could be the right person. Of course chances are always taken and you may give someone a shot thinking they have those qualities you're looking for, and you may find out you were wrong...and that they don't quite have all of the (three) qualities you were hoping they had.

For me, there are three extremely important qualities one must have to even move past the "qualifying round," haha!!

But there are many more after that. Personally I don't believe I am asking for too much, at all. Just a good person with a kind heart. Because all of the qualities I would want in someone would fall under those two categories.

My main 3...the extremely important ones are honesty, loyalty and faithfulness. None of my exes have ever been able to give me those 3 things. I'm not convinced anyone could because of that. Hence why I am not out looking. My friends and even family often suggest I go out with them here and there to "try to meet someone." PFFFTTT!!! Lmao...I am quite content. I will not go searching for something. If I bump into something unexpectedly that seems like it could have potential, I'm all in. But I am not on a hunt.

I believe the best people come into our lives when we least expect them. : )

Hope you had an AMAZING birthday!!!!

Woo hoo!!!! 35!!!!!

How Could a 3-Inch Bloodsucking Leech Hide in Your Nose?

A backpacker from Scotland recently found that the cause of her frequent nosebleeds was a 3-inch-long (7.5 centimeters) leech living inside her nose.

Twenty-four-year-old Daniela Liverani, of Edinburgh, had been traveling in Southeast Asia, and thought the nosebleeds were due to a motorbike crash she was involved in, she told the BBC.

The nosebleeds started when she was in Vietnam, and they persisted for a few weeks. The first time she went to a doctor because of the nosebleeds, she was told to come back if they continued, Liverani told BBC Radio Scotland.

What happened to Liverani is called hirudiniasis, a condition in which leeches (Hirudinea) attach themselves to a person's skin, or the inside of the mouth or nose. It's not known how commonly this happens to people, but there have been documented cases before, said Mark Siddall, a researcher at the American Museum of Natural History in New York.

Liverani said she could feel something moving inside her nose, but she thought it was a congealed blood clot.

It's not clear how it's possible not to notice such a large leech inside one's nose, but leeches are soft and very changeable in shape, so they can easily fit inside the nasal cavity. Siddall said he knows of several cases in which people were not initially aware of a leech in their nasal cavity, but eventually found out because of "a sliding sensation in their nose or persistent bleeding, or the leech peeking its head out."

As for Liverani, one day in the shower, the "blood clot" moved and came out just a little bit. "I had a proper look and saw ridges on it," Liverani said on the radio. "At that point, I realized it probably wasn't a nosebleed after all. It turned out it was a leech that has been there for about four weeks."

Once at the hospital, doctors removed the bloodsucking worm using forceps and tweezers.

"They were equally horrified and intrigued," Liverani said.

Just saw this thread...

Thread: EEEEKKK!! Ebola Alert - New Jersey!

From thread...

"..taken to University Hospital..."

So let me get this straight... if I live in Liberia and am "exposed to Ebola" and start getting sick, all I have to do is fly via Brussels to Newark and then tell them I was exposed to ebola and poof... I get treatment in an american hospital? free meds? free meals? round the clock care? And then probably a free ticket back to Liberia????
