Alright. I've seen my fair share of gross sexual stuff, blood and gore accidents and some weird Hindi cartoons. But the popcorn smiley just freaks me out, Mattie...

Friday morning everybody. Hi to you all. I know I don't say "hi" to each of you as an individual often enough. But all of you know I mean to, so tough titty.

Still thinking good Gomez and AKObserver thoughts often.

For the bowling jock.

bowling

My foot was better, but it's getting tender again and sorta swollen. It's not bright red and hot, so more tender then inflamed. I think I should maybe go to the clinic or something. I'm getting older. And things don't seem to just get better like they once did.

Going to have make up a fried potato, bell pepper and egg scramble soon.

Alright, I said enough, in case I don't check back in until this evening.

Try this...my Uncle swore by it when his gout flared up

Apple cider vinegar has been used since antiquity as a natural remedy for many ailments, and gout is just one of them. But it has to be organic, or raw, apple cider

I just drink like a gallon of water a day and have been eating like a 2 cups of cherries. Not been eating meat. I feel funny not eating meat, after a few days. So the other day I had some chicken. But that's okay. Red meats, fish and organ meats are what to not have. Haven't had a soda in a while too.

But really, I need to go get on Allopurinol or something. Granted I haven't had a flare up this bad in like 2 years. But about every 3 or 4 months, I get the tender tingle and limp a bit. But this time, I could not even walk around the house for about 3 days. I used a fold up chair like a walker. I'm also getting older. So I image it will just get worse with the flare ups over time.

Most of the time I know exctally the combination of what I ate, drank, not enough water and it comes on. But this time, I just was there.

I don't drink beer often anymore. Maybe once a month. But I like dark beers. One or 2, even 3 is okay. As long as I don't eat beef that day or the day after. I'd be okay. But sometimes, I'm out with friends and end up having like 7 or 8 beers. Forget to drink a lot of water.

If I eat fried chicken hearts or asparagus or a huge steak. All those things do it. But not always. Most of the time I can go out, have a big steak and a pounder of dark beer. And I'm good, nothing happens. But like I said, it just get swollen a bit, red and tender. But I can still get around if need be. I drink tons of water and eat no meat for 3 days. Try and eat or drink pure cherries juice. Usually all better by then. Then for the next 4 or 5 days, I go light on meat, just chicken or pork.

ramble ramble ramble...yada yada.

Now that one's worrying. The big Japanese earthquake was preceded by a serious of quakes in south and western China, and then the big one that killed a bunch of school kids. If there's an outbreak in the region, I'll be even more concerned for Japan...
