Quoting: bigD111 The CME from the X9 flare arrived early...last night. No coincidence. But we all should note...NiN posted this AFTER the CME arrival last night. Everyone keep in mind, this last shockwave is just the front of what's to come. There were multiple CMEs over the last few days. Most, smaller and nothing much to talk about. But as we have talked about more than once over the last few days, these CMEs like to merge in space enrout to earth. Now, there were already CMEs on their way here that most likely got pulled then pushed from the X9 CME because of it's shear mass & density. So it's extremely possible that what we are seeing now is only the very front of the wave that held the smaller CMEs. When the main show CME shows up, solar wind speed & density will spike tremendously, and we have not seen that yet. If the front wave is causing Kp8, buckle your seatbelts folks, we're in for a ride!

Then they started dwindling and I would ask donde esta mia Mexico in the EQ daily count. It got even more quiet then BAM! Its not a good thing when Mexico holds its breath. The amount of energy being released over the last several hours is incredible and I feel this event is far from over. And now a hurricane is poised to strike it. Energy everywhere from the cosmic to the terrestrial. Buckle up, as someone said earlier. to everyone for all of the updates. Like I was overflowing with energy down in my core that couldn't escape. Then, just as suddenly as the feeling started, I felt the energy sliding off....like riding a roller coaster to the peak and then making its' way down. I went to bed just before midnight and I know I didn't lay there long before I fell asleep.
I woke up at 6am with a headache and feeling completely drained.
After seeing the quake in Mexico, it's almost as if my body was in sync with the earth itself.
Quoting: ~Jazzy~ I keep telling you Achoti, you are plugged into the cosmos. There is a reason why you get such crippling headaches prior to and during unusual events - remember your thread In Diverse Places. Your body is one of them. That's true for other people in this thread. 'Diverse places' did not necessarily mean just land masses. I hope you feel much better although I know that's not usually how this goes for you. Take the very best of care. |

I absolutely would be on alert if I was in California. If you consider the other factors along with this Mexico quake (solar flare, full moon, etc), I'd say chances are very good we will see movement there. And I'm not talking 2-range. |

Quoting: KickinIt Instead of turning my phone off, I have it on silent, and turn it over so the updates don't bother me. Don't worry, I was asleep when it hit too. I'll probably be asleep when the big one hits here in SoCal. I slept through Northridge and my grandma didn't even bother waking me up. Dammit. |

Quoting: CuriousSeeker Looking at recent quake patterns in Cali, I don't think they are pointing in any particular direction. Could be south, could be central, could be north up by San Fran or beyond. There still has been low activity for that area for the most part, and the majority of the quakes, regardless of what part of Cali, have only been in the 2-range. With this movement in Mexico I would think we'd have to see something larger, even if 3's or 4's, to adjust to it. |
